We keep this as short and straight as possible because we hate bloated corporate nonsense as much as you do.

  1. Who we are Our website address is: https://notwithus.net Not With Us is run by a husband-and-wife team. That’s it. No giant corporation, no investors, no hidden agendas.
  2. What personal data we collect and why

When you buy something:

  • Name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe – we never see or store your full card details) → Needed so our print partner can print and ship your order.

When you create an account (optional):

  • Email and password (hashed) → So you can log in and see past orders.

When you browse the site:

  • We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible Analytics or Fathom – no Google) to see page views and which countries visitors come from. No personal identification, no cross-site tracking, no cookies for this.

Cookies:

  • Strictly necessary WooCommerce/WordPress cookies (cart, checkout, login). These expire quickly or when you close the browser.
  • No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, no Facebook pixel, no Google anything.
  1. Comments We do not have a blog or comment section. Nobody can leave comments. Zero data collected here.
  2. Embedded content We do not embed YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter, TikTok, or any third-party content that tracks you.
  3. Who we share your data with
  • WooCommerce → only to process the order inside our site.
  • Our print-on-demand partner (Printful, Printify, or Gelato – whichever we use for your specific product) → they receive your name, shipping address, and order details so they can print and ship your shirt.   • Payment processors (Stripe / PayPal) – they handle the money securely.
  • That’s it. We do not sell, rent, or give your data to anyone else. Ever.
  1. How long we keep your data
  • Order data: kept for 7 years (legal/tax requirements in the EU).
  • Account data: kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
  • Analytics data: anonymised from day one and kept for 90 days max.
  1. Your rights over your data (GDPR & CCPA compliant) You can at any time:
  • Ask for a full export of the personal data we have about you.
  • Ask us to delete everything we have about you (except orders we’re legally required to keep for tax purposes). Just send an email to hello@notwithus.net with your order number or email address used. We’ll handle it within 48 hours, usually faster.
  1. Where your data is sent
  • Our site is hosted in the EU (Germany/Netherlands).
  • Your order data is sent to whichever printing facility is closest to your shipping address (USA, EU, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • We never send your data to countries on sanction lists or places we don’t trust.
