Short version (for customers who just want the truth):
- All sales are final.
- No refunds.
- No returns.
- No exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or “I didn’t read the size chart”.
- The only exception: the item arrives damaged or with a clear printing mistake.
That’s it. That’s the entire policy.

Custom-made products – no right of withdrawal
Every single item on notwithus.net is printed on demand exclusively for you (personalised garment + chosen size/colour/design). Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalised or clearly custom-made goods. By completing your order you explicitly acknowledge and accept that you have no legal right to cancel or return the order once it has been placed.
No refunds or exchanges policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or colour
- Not liking the design in real life
- Any other reason except the two exceptions listed in point 3.
Defects or damage (the only cases we will fix) If your item arrives with:
- A clear printing defect (misaligned, blurred, wrong colours, text missing, etc.)
- Physical damage caused during shipping (torn packaging, crushed box, etc.)
→ Contact us at hello@notwithus.net within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. → We will arrange a free reprint or replacement through Printful at no cost to you. → This is covered by Printful’s quality guarantee – we do not profit from replacements.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you never received it, contact us within 14 days and we will help file a claim. If the address you entered was incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible and no refund/replacement will be issued.

Final note
We started this to get a message into the real world, not to run a traditional clothing store with endless returns. Every euro we earn goes back into reaching more people. That’s why we keep this policy brutally simple and honest from day one.
