1.Who we are
Not With Us is a husband-and-wife micro-business registered in Spain. We design and sell print-on-demand apparel and accessories through our partner Printful (EU entities).
2. Acceptance of these terms
By placing an order on notwithus.net you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
3. Nature of the products – Custom-made on demand
Every item is made exclusively for you after you place the order. Designs are printed specifically on the garment/size/colour you selected. Because of this personalised nature, the legal right of withdrawal (14-day “cooling-off” period) under EU consumer law DOES NOT APPLY (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
4. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing mistakes, or any reason except the following two cases (see point 5).
5. Printing or shipping defects (the only exceptions)
If your item arrives with a clear printing defect (misaligned print, colour completely wrong, etc.) or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free reprint/replacement through Printful. This is handled directly by Printful’s quality guarantee – we do not make money on replacements.
6. Ordering is your responsibility
- You are responsible for choosing the correct size (size charts are provided on every product page).
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- We are not liable for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address or local customs delays.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include Spanish IVA (21%) where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
8. Shipping
Items are printed and shipped by Printful from their facilities in Spain, Latvia, Poland, UK, USA, Mexico, or Australia (whichever is closest). Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and are estimates only.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, slogans, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Not With Us. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to reproduce or resell the design.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Not With Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies.
13. Contact
We created Not With Us to spread a message, not to deal with returns. That’s why every shirt is made only when someone stands up and says “Not With Us”.
